KASDR Legacy is a family holding company incorporated in Malaysia, with a presence in the United Arab Emirates. It exists to build, hold and steward ventures that matter for generations, not quarters.
The house does not trade positions. It builds platforms, brings the right partners to the table, and holds through cycles. Each venture is assembled patiently, through direct relationships with government, royalty and industry, and chosen because it compounds.

Approximately 1,000 acres within the Pahang Aerospace City master development. As precinct developer for space-sector activity there, Space City Asia is planned to bring the industrial, operational and commercial sides of the space economy into one place: a ready home for space companies and agencies to locate, build and operate in Malaysia.

Building Malaysia's own satellites, with Malaysians trained to build them.
KASDR's vehicle for the sovereign localisation of satellite production and technology. X1 BTS brings satellite manufacturing capability to Malaysia through an established international partner, alongside a technical training programme, now in development, so Malaysian engineers and technicians learn the work hands-on.

Live digital replicas of buildings, sites and infrastructure, so owners can manage, monitor and plan them from a single view, and test "what if" scenarios on the model before they unfold in the real world. The company is established and is now being activated.

The house's quantum venture, at an early stage. Quantum technology is a new class of computing and secure communication that will matter for finance, energy, security and research. MyQubit Asia exists to help Malaysia build its own capability in the field, early.

Rajeeshwaran founded KASDR Legacy and leads the group across its four clusters. He also serves as Acting CEO of Space City Asia, the house's flagship venture, and is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society.
